Applying for Planning Permission can be a daunting process and it is often easier to appoint an agent to prepare and submit the plans and application on your behalf. Some work can be carried out under Permitted Development Rights whilst most will require Planning Permission - we can advise you on this.

Depending on the type of development you have in mind; we will carry out a dimensional survey and produce Drawings,  a Design and Access Statement, Waste Strategy Statement, Energy Statement and any other documents required in addition to completing all forms and submitting the application on your behalf.  If your project is a Listed Building or within a Conservation Area we will complete all applications for these on your behalf.

Planning Permission normally takes 8 weeks to process.  During this time we will deal with any queries from the local authority and liaise with you as required.  Although no-one can guarantee you permission, our track record is very good with over 95% of applications being approved.

Planning Appeals

If a Planning Application is refused or you are not happy with any of the Conditions imposed on permission granted; an appeal can be made to the Secretary of State. We work closely with a local Planning Consultant to handle such cases.
